This memo is
a brief summary of our meetings.
DISCUSSION:
The following is a list of the meetings we had in Las Vegas at the ICSC Conference.
Home Depot
We met with Beverly Metz, Western Region Real Estate representative. The store
continues to do well. We updated her on the US 36 construction progress.
King Soopers
We met with Randy Wright, Real Estate Director for King Soopers. The South Boulder
Road store is a better performing store in the region. They remain bullish on Louisville.
Qdoba Mexican
We met with Susan Beckett, our area manager. The company will be unveiling a new
store design soon that showcases their food preparation. She didn’t know if the Qdoba
in Louisville would be remodeled. They are first rolling out the new design in their new
stores.
Chipotle
Met with Corey Jones, the real estate manager for our area. The Louisville store is
doing well.
Walgreens
Met with Zackary Church. The McCaslin store is performing. The South Boulder Road
store is being evaluated annually.
Lowe’s
Met with Mark Stoner, area director for Lowe’s.
