STEP IV If the Planning Commission recommends final draft of <br />proposed annexation to (A.) Outright approval (B.) <br />Conditional approval or (C.) Conditional disapproval, <br />such recommendations in writing will be presented to <br />City Council along with the final draft. City Council <br />will evaluate it and instruct the City Administrator <br />to set up a meeting date with the sponsors of said <br />proposal for annexation. This meeting is to be a <br />future regularly scheduled Council meeting. At this <br />time Council will vote by roll call vote on approval <br />or disapproval of said plan. <br />If the Planning Commission recommends final draft of <br />proposed. annexation to be outright disapproval, this is <br />to be sub~riitted in writing and justified by studies conducted <br />to that point, to the City Council. If the City Council <br />cannot recommend any alternatives to be explored, the <br />City Administrator will be instructed to document the <br />findings in a letter to the sponsors of said proposal. <br />If City Council acts favorable on such proposal, it will <br />follow the steps listed in Chapter 18, Paragraph. 18.4 <br />of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the City Council <br />held on October 15th 1974. <br />'_ <br />~~~,; <br />ATTEST <br />.
