Machado moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Liptonseconded. Roll Call Vote: Carlson – <br />yes, Machado –yes, Rommelfanger –yes, Lipton –yes and Hughes –yes. <br />Consent agenda approved. <br /> <br />Authority Business <br />A.Public Hearing –New Beer and Wine License Application –Tilt <br />Entertainment LLC –544 County Rd. <br />Carlson opened the public hearing on the beer and winelicense application. <br />Secretary Hanson stated the application was complete and included in the <br />Authority packet. Background checks were conducted and returned showing no <br />criminal history. The hearing had been posted and publishedin accordance with <br />state law. There was no reason found to require denial of the application. <br />Chairperson Carlson called for any member disclosures, hearing none, <br />he called for any objections to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the <br />current city limits of the City of Louisville. Hearing no objections, he moved the <br />entire application be made a part of the record of this hearing. Rommelfanger <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />Carlson called for an applicantpresentation. <br />Stephen Long and Lynn Godman, 709 Pear Court, Louisville, CO introduced <br />themselves to the Authority and took the oath. Mr. Long reported he had been a <br />pinball enthusiast most of his life and wanted to open a place for pinball, ping- <br />pong, pool and old school videogames. The hope is to provide a family <br />atmosphere with kids being accompanied by adults in the eveningand open for <br />
