Russ asks for feedback. <br />Tengler sayshe has sent comments/suggestionsto the Planning Department. He asks <br />if there is a way to provide annotations on them since Commissioners frequently make <br />notes on materials. <br />Pritchard states that sincethis is new technology, he’d like the Commission to work <br />together to understand how they can be utilized most efficiently. He also reminds the <br />Commissioners that the I-Pads are City property. <br />Staff Comments <br />Russ states there was a Parking Action Committee meeting on Wednesday, June 11, <br />withformal recommendations for them. These recommendations will come to the July <br />10Planning Commission meeting and the City Council in August. <br />The Planning Department put out an RFP to select an Urban Design andFacilitation <br />Support for a consultant on small area plans. Eleven applicants applied, shortlisted to 4. <br />Staff thanks Commissioners Pritchard and Rice for participating. Staff has a <br />recommended consultant and will make a formal recommendation to City Council at the <br />July 15 meeting. <br />Items Tentatively Scheduled for the regular meeting: July 10, 2014: <br />AT&T Antennae – Louisville Recreation Center: A request for a special review <br />use (SRU) to allow for the placement of 3 sectors of four (4) 8 foottall rooftop <br />antennas, totaling 12 antennas. <br />•Applicant, Owner and Representative: Cliff Spencer <br />•Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Planner II <br />Goddard School Final PUD/SRU: (Rick and Julie Avirett) – A request for a <br />final PUD and SRU for the construction of an 8,465SF Day Care Facility with <br />
