Zoning Variance Request Criteria <br />1)The lot backs up to a drainage ditch and does not have alley access like homes on opposite side of <br />street. The lot is also one of the narrowest on the block. <br />2)Street parking is very limited the block. Our intent is to add a 2"d car garage stall, with an additional <br />tandem space, (3 car garage total) to shelter an antique vehicle driveri in Iocal parades as weU as our <br />everyday vehicles. <br />3) Our neighbor to the north is built on the rear of the lot eliminating any & all privacy. The proposed <br />garage/family room would shelter our new courtyard and backyard for privacy. <br />4)The additional 2 feet will allow the width needed for a second stall in the existing garage. <br />5)The proposed remodel will enhance the old town feel and keep the integrity of the original home. <br />6)The 2 foot variance on the south will allow us to achieve our goal of moving back to the home where <br />our 3 children were raised, attended Louisville schools and eventuaHy the place Norma & 1 can retire. <br />Rich & Norma Trevino <br />
