Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 24, 2013 <br />Page 3of 44 <br />Staff indicated they are the same as last year. <br />Pritchard moved and Tengler seconded the motion to approve Resolution No. 1, <br />Series 2013 a resolution recommending the following locations be established as <br />the official locations for the posting of public notice of all 2013 Louisville Planning <br />Commission Meetings: the Lobby of City Hall, 749 Main Street; the Louisville Public <br />Library Bulletin Board, 951 Spruce Street; the Louisville Recreation Center, 900 <br />West Via Appia; the Police / Municipal Court Building, 992 Via Appia and the City of <br />Louisville website, www.LouisvilleCO.gov. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Planning Commission Comments: <br />Pritchard noted there are numerous temporary signs along McCaslin for businesses <br />no longer in business. He requested someone take care of removing those signs. <br />Lipton expressed a concern with the condition of the access entrance to the shared <br />parking of theMann Theater and RTD. Staff will look into who is responsible for the <br />maintenance of the area and work with them to correct the problem. <br />Staff Comments <br />Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet –2013 Edition <br />2013 Meeting Dates <br />Staff briefly reviewed the Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet and suggested the <br />Commissioners review for more details. <br />Pritchard asked if the Commissioners are current on their training requirements. <br />Staff will check the attendance records and then notify those needing to attend the <br />next training. It was also noted the training dates for 2013 have not been set at this <br />time. <br />Lipton thanked staff for emailing the 2013 meeting dates to the Commissioners. No <br />questions were heard regarding the dates. <br />Lipton inquired if the 6:30 PM start time is still appropriate for the members. He also <br />asked if a 6:00 PM start time would work. Several Commissioners indicated a 6:30 <br />PM start time is okay but they would not be able to make a 6:00 PM start time. By <br />general agreement the Commissioners agreed toa 6:30 PM start time. <br />The following items are tentativelyscheduled for February 14, 2013 <br />Louisville Fire Protection District Station No. 3 –a final planned unit <br />development (PUD) for a new fire station, maintenance facility, training <br />center, shadestructure and site improvements. 209 Boxelder ST; Lot 15, <br />CTC 2: Case No. 13-001-FP. <br />Applicant and Owner: Louisville Fire Protection District <br />Representative: Kyle Callahan & Associates, Architect <br />Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Parbois Place Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment –a request <br />to amend the final planned unit development (PUD) for the Parbois Place <br />Subdivision allowing the removal of a condition that the house located on the <br />
