Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 28, 2013 <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />Russell briefly summarized his response to the original project. He concluded by <br />stating he can accept the 16 units. <br />Pritchard reviewed the history by discussing the alley access, and the creation of <br />good access flow within the site. He stated the 16 unit request does not impact the <br />traffic flow within the site, a new home on the front of lot will improve the site. He <br />stated he supports staff recommendation with the new resolution. <br />Brauneis thanked the Commissioners for their background. He stated his support of <br />the 16 units. <br />Lipton stated the project had been a concern of the Commission from the beginning. <br />He stated he had problems with the density in 2009. He also felt the project had been <br />finished and he was surprised to see it back before the Commission.
