Ili Cityo <br />f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 5, 2014 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: <br />Staff Present: <br />Mayor Robert Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton. <br />Council members: Jay Keany, Jayme Moss, Jeff Lipton, <br />Ashley Stolzmann and Susan Loo (left at 9 :25 p.m.) <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, Acting Deputy City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Troy Russ, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Joe Stevens, Parks & Recreation Director <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br />the agenda as published, seconded by Council member Lipton. All were in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Don Parcher, 378 Grouse Court, Louisville, CO explained he moved to Louisville two <br />months ago. He volunteered in San Diego for 18 years and has volunteered as a case <br />manager for the Boulder County Flood Relief Recovery. He presented a proposal for a <br />Network of Neighborhood Points of Contact for Louisville to assist residents.
