Discussion of the Annual Study Session with City Council on August 26. <br />The Board discussed the template for this meeting that is included as the last <br />page of the Board Packet. Given the timeline needed to pull together a <br />presentation, the Board agreed to send individual inputs to Ken Gambon by July <br />th <br />29 for collation and Ken will work on a final draft for review at the August 18 <br />Board Meeting. The final presentation needs to be sent to City Staff by August <br />th <br />19. <br />Sandy Stewart noted that he will attend a meeting with Council on July 22 to hear <br />Council proposals on Boards and Commissions. The City Manager is working on <br />draft changes to the specific Ordinance establishing the Golf course Advisory <br />Board and this should go a long way to clarifying expectations for the GCAB and <br />how the Board should interact with Staff. Councilman Keany expressed the view <br />that in the future, the GCAB should concentrate more on customer satisfaction <br />and course quality. <br />th <br />8.
