According to the County Assessor, the structure
was built in 1900. The property is in the Old Town District, so is eligible for local
grants. The owners are interested in the HPC's opinion on the probability of
receiving a landmark and grants. The social history has not been completed at
this time, and Staff has no further information on the structure or its history.
1948 Assessor's Photo (Northwest Corner)
