<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />AUGUST 20, 1996 <br /> <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main <br />Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Tom Davidson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the <br />following persons were present - <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Chuck Sisk, Kevin Howard, Rob Lathrop, Tom <br />Mayer, Jay Keany, Arnold Levihn <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Bill Blankenship, Human Resources Officer <br />Ronda Kelley, Management Assistant <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney <br />Dave Clabots, City Attorney <br />Bill Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, pulled item 6A, Public Hearing - Request for Live Music - August <br />24, 1996 - 972 St. Andrews Lane, at the applicant's request. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any other changes to the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda as amended. Seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that the Solid Waste Authority would like a formalization of the City's veto of the site <br />at Dillon Road and 120th Street. He asked that the letter (SEE ATTACHED) from the Mayor be <br />added to the Consent Agenda and authorize the Mayor to sign said letter. <br /> <br />Davidson added the letter to the Boulder County Recycling and Compo sting Authority be added as <br />item 3C. <br /> <br />1 <br />
