RESOLUTION NO. 48 <br />SERIES 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING FINAL PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO ALLOW FOR AN INCREASE IN SURFACE MOUNTED <br />SIGNS FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS AT 168 CTC BOULEVARD (LOT 5) AND 2051 <br />DOGWOOD STREET (LOT 4), BLOCK 4, OF THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC, <br />REPLAT D <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for an amendment to an existing Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for an <br />increase in surface mounted signs at 168 CTC Boulevard and 2051 Dogwood Street, Lot 4 <br />and 5, Block 4, of the Business Center at CTC, Replat D; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code Chapter 17.28; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on August 14, 2014, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated August 14, 2014, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of said PUD amendment to the City Council with the following condition: <br />1. The applicant shall place the following note on their PUD "No boxed or canned <br />surface mounted signs are permitted. All surface mounted signs shall be non - <br />illuminated individually cut letters /logos and placed directly on the building's facade." <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve of an amendment to an existing Final Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) to allow for an increase in surface mounted signs at 168 CTC <br />Boulevard and 2051 Dogwood Street, Lot 4 and 5, Block 4, of the Business Center at CTC, <br />Replat D, with one condition: <br />1. The applicant shall place the following note on their PUD "No boxed or canned <br />surface mounted signs are permitted.
