1" AMENDMENT TO THE BUSINESS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING <br />1960 CHERRY LLC IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. <br />THIS AMENDMENT ( "Agreement ") is made and entered into as of the 2 "d day of <br />September, 2014, between the CITY OF LOUISVILLE, a Colorado home rule municipal <br />corporation (the "City "), and BUILDING 1960 CHERRY LLC ( "Etkin Johnson "), a Colorado <br />limited liability company. <br />WHEREAS, the City and Etkin Johnson entered into a Business Assistance Agreement <br />dated February 21, 2012 ( "Prior Agreement ") concerning a rebate of building permit fees and <br />construction use tax related to the construction of an industrial building; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to amend paragraph 7. of Prior Agreement to read: <br />7. Termination.
