Resolution No. 36, Series 1998, Lot 1, Block 2, Business Center at CTC, Final <br />PUD Development Plan for a light industrial building. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Certification/Planning Commission Disclosures: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone stated that this application was continued from the July 23, 1998, meeting. Proper <br />notice was served for that hearing. It was published in the Louisville Times on July 4, 1998, and <br />mailed to property owners on July 2, 1998. Planning Commissioners verified that they were <br />familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report and Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone informed the Commission that this application was continued to allow the <br />applicant and staff to reduce the number and substance of the recommended conditions that there <br />were at that time. Mr. Johnstone summarized the details of this matter. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br /> <br />Commissioner Lipton asked Craig Kitzman to go over the drainage plan. Lipton asked if the on- <br />site detention was the parking lot. Kitzman replied yes. Lipton asked what the maximum depths <br />be in the parking lot. Kitzman stated that in the 100-year event in the very southeast corner it <br />would be 12 inches maximum.
