Russ Van Nostrand would like to modify Condition 13 to add a <br />sentence to the front end that says: deciduous/evergreen ratio will be changed to 3:1 with the <br />elimination of the evergreen shrubs around the pedestrian plaza to be replaced with hardy <br /> <br />perennials.
