directional signage for the drive-thru. <br /> <br />Betty Solek makes a motion to approve Resolution No. 2, Series 1999, with the 17 conditions <br />brought forth by Staff, and Condition 18 to read: add large shrubs along east elevation to screen <br />electrical boxes planned on rear of central module of building, also add architectural elements <br />, <br />such as windows or entry way on central module of east elevationCondition 19, the Applicant <br />shall provide a traffic flow diagram including signage for the drive-in banking facility. <br />Seconded by Robert McAllister. Russ Van Nostrand would like to modify Condition 13 to add a <br />sentence to the front end that says: deciduous/evergreen ratio will be changed to 3:1 with the <br />elimination of the evergreen shrubs around the pedestrian plaza to be replaced with hardy <br /> <br />perennials. Resolution No. 6 Series 1999, Lot 3, Centennial Valley, Parcel L, Filing No. 1, <br />Amoco Corporation, Preliminary PUD Development Plan for a gas station, <br />car wash and oil change facility. <br /> <br />Staff Certification/Planning Commission Disclosures: <br /> <br />Notice was published in the Louisville Times and mailed to surrounding property owners. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Doug Reed, representative for Amoco and Grease Monkey, after seeing the Staff <br />recommendations would like to ask for a continuance for a month with the understanding that <br />most of Staff’s conditions can be easily worked on with Staff and that in a month they would be <br />prepared to present a cleaner proposal. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Questions of Applicant and Staff: <br /> <br />Robert McAllister appreciates the Applicant being willing to work with Staff and save the public <br />hearing for the future, when it would save time. Betty Solek echoes Robert <br /> <br />McAllister’s comments. She wanted to say that she visited the site and is very concerned about <br />the pedestrian access and the lighting. <br /> <br />Commission Comments: <br /> <br />Motion to continue to February 9, 1999.
