Mr. Wood gave a brief description of each application.

Mr. Wood also briefed the Commissioners on two additional Special Review Uses that will be
coming on Main Street.

8.Discussion of election of Officers:

Tom McAvinew stated that at the last meeting both he and Commissioner Lipton indicated that
they were interested in the Chairmanship. Since that time Commissioner McAvinew has decided
that he believes that it would make more sense if he were to support Commissioner Lipton as the
Chair and he would still be interested in becoming the Vice-Chair. Mr. McAvinew suggested that
if someone were interested in becoming Secretary of the Planning Commission then they could
vote on the positions at this time.

Commissioner Thompson made a motion that a vote is taken as Jeff Lipton as Chair, Debra Kalish
as Secretary and Tom McAvinew as Vice-Chair. Seconded by Bill McDermott.

Roll Call Vote:
Christopher Leh, Yes; Bill McDermott, Yes; Chris Pritchard, Yes; Debra Kalish,
Yes; Patricia Thompson, Yes; Tom McAvinew, Yes; Jeff Lipton, Yes.
