All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone reported the details of this matter as stated in the Staff report. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br /> <br />Commissioner McDermott asked about the number of sidewalks. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone stated that the site plan is correct and that they would want sidewalks coming into each of <br />the units. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kalish asked what the square feet of the individual units will be. <br /> <br />Johnstone stated that they average 1364 SF including the partial basement which is unfinished. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Timothy Kane, 293 Broken Fence Road, Boulder. Mr. Kane is willing to go along with all of the <br />architectural recommendations made by Staff with one request for one small item. He is willing to <br />change the Main Street elevation back to the way it was on the original plan. Mr. Kane would like to <br />have five units there to make it economically feasible. He is also willing to work on the lighting and <br />wants to have the units look as nice as possible. His only suggestion would be to use a colored concrete <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />
