<br />Mr. Ranu stated that Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 9, with the ten conditions as <br />provided in the staff report. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed/Commission Comments/Vote: <br /> <br />All commissioners are in favor of the proposal. <br /> <br />Motion made by Commissioner Thompson to approve Resolution No. 9, Series 2000, approving a <br />Amended Final PUD and a Minor Subdivision Replat of Lot 3 for Bella Vista South as prepared by Staff. <br /> Seconded by Commissioner McAvinew. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> Patricia Thompson, Yes; Christopher Leh, Yes; Bill McDermott, Yes; Debra Kalish, <br />Yes; Tom McAvinew, Yes; Jeff Lipton, Yes. Motion passed 6:0. <br /> <br /> <br />G.Resolution No. 10, Series 2000, 1500-1512 Main Street, Final PUD Development <br />Plan and Special Review Use for a 5-unit townhome development and associated <br />parking and site improvements. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera, <br />Sunday, February 27, 2000, and mailed to surrounding property owners and posted in City Hall, Friday, <br />February 25, 2000. All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone reported the details of this matter as stated in the Staff report. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br /> <br />Commissioner McDermott asked about the number of sidewalks. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone stated that the site plan is correct and that they would want sidewalks coming into each of <br />the units. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kalish asked what the square feet of the individual units will be. <br /> <br />Johnstone stated that they average 1364 SF including the partial basement which is unfinished. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Timothy Kane, 293 Broken Fence Road, Boulder. Mr. Kane is willing to go along with all of the <br />architectural recommendations made by Staff with one request for one small item. He is willing to <br />change the Main Street elevation back to the way it was on the original plan. Mr. Kane would like to <br />have five units there to make it economically feasible. He is also willing to work on the lighting and <br />wants to have the units look as nice as possible. His only suggestion would be to use a colored concrete <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />
