Regular Business: <br /> <br /> <br />A.Resolution No. 7, Series 2000, South Seas Adventures, Inc., 1436 Main Street, <br />Special Review Use, to re-use an existing residential structure as a travel <br />office. <br /> <br />Applicant requests a continuance to May 9, 2000. Motion made by Bill <br />McDermott to continue. Seconded by Chris Pritchard. Unanimous voice vote to <br />approve. <br /> <br /> <br />B.Resolution No. 13, Series 2000, Wendy Fickbohm, 1314 Main Street, Final <br />PUD Development Plan and Special Review Use for a new office building. <br /> <br />Applicant requests a continuance to April 20, 2000. Paul Wood, Director of <br />th <br />Planning stated that it has been determined that the Overflow meeting on April 20 <br />would not be possible. Staff has communicated that to the applicant and would <br />recommend that the hearing be continued to the May 9, 2000, Planning <br />Commission meeting. Motion made by Bill McDermott to continue. Unanimous voice vote to approve. <br /> <br /> <br />C.Resolution No. 12, Series 2000, Public Service Company, Special Review Use <br />to upgrade that portion of the Valmont to Broomfield 115 (kV) overhead <br />electric transmission line which is located within the City of Louisville. The <br />right of way is 75 feet wide and runs north-south through the city, <br />approximately ½ mile east of McCaslin Boulevard. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that public notice was established through the publication in <br />the Daily Camera on March 26, 2000. The notice was also posted in City Hall and mailed to <br />property owners within a 500-foot radius of the Public Service corridor, which included <br />approximately 1200 notices. Based upon the original submittal, that was older than 6 months, <br />Staff asked Public Service to go back and review and sort out all names within the address list <br />that had reflected a change of ownership. There were approximately 60 property owners on the <br />new list that was then mailed out on March 31, 2000, which was in accordance with the <br />notification requirements of the municipal code. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
