<br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to continue Resolution No. 12, Series 2000, to the June 13, 2000, <br />meeting. Seconded by Bill McDermott. <br /> <br />Unanimous voice vote to approve. <br /> <br />Five minute recess. <br /> <br /> <br />B.Resolution No. 18, Series 2000, Coherent Technologies, Inc., Lots 13 and 14, <br />Block 1, The Business Center at CTC, Final PUD Development Plan for a <br />80,000 square foot, two-phase office, research and develpoment facility on a <br />6.2 acre lot. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, certified that public notice was published for this hearing in the <br />Daily Camera on Sunday, February 27, 2000, and mailed to surrounding property owners and <br />posted on Friday, February 25, 2000, for the March 14, 2000 Planning Commission meeting <br />which was subsequently continued. All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar <br />with or had visited the site. Commissioner Pritchard disclosed that Ms. Fickbohm is his insurance <br />agent. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Mr. Wood presented the details of this matter as stated in the Staff report. Staff requests with <br />respect to the off-site access drive that two conditions be attached. One, requiring the <br />conveyance of the shared access deed and two, that authorization of the Special Review and Final <br />PUD Development plan be contingent upon authorization of a revocable license agreement for the <br />use of the drive. Staff is recommending approval of the PUD and the SRU. Staff believes that <br />the criteria has been adequately addressed for the SRU and the use is appropriate in this location. <br /> Staff is recommending approval with 6 conditions on Resolution No. 13, Series 2000. <br /> <br />Questions for Staff: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Wendy Fickbohm, State Farm Insurance Agent located at 1313 Main Street in Louisville. Ms. <br />Fickbohm stated that they began planning the proposed PUD approximately two years ago. They <br />met several times with the Planning Division to make sure that they were meeting all of the <br />commercial development criteria. They also wanted to obtain assurances that the Lafayette Street <br />right-of-way could be jointly shared with the Fire Department and that they would have access to <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />
