Call to Order/Roll Call: <br /> <br />Commissioners’ Kalish and Thompson are excused from the meeting. All other commissioners are <br />present. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Approval of Agenda: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone explained the revised agenda to the Planning Commission. Chairman Lipton <br />requested approval of the revised agenda as explained by Johnstone. All members were in favor. <br /> <br />4. Public comments concerning items not on the agenda: <br /> <br />None heard <br /> <br /> <br />5. Regular Business: <br /> <br /> <br />A.Preliminary plat and preliminary PUD development plan for an <br />office/warehouse/manufacturing development, Dillon Center, on the north <br />side of Dillon Road and 300 feet east of the Pierce Avenue intersection. Case <br /># 00-039-PS/PP. <br /> <br />Staff recommends a continuance to the December 12, 2000 Planning Commission Meeting. <br />Request passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
