<br /> <br />5.Establish Public Meeting Notice <br /> <br />Lipton read the memorandum regarding the public meeting notice. <br /> <br />Pritchard moved and McDermott seconded that the Commission pass a verbal motion establishing <br />the lobby of City Hall as the official location to be designated for the posting of all Planning <br />Commission public meeting notices for 2001. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />10. Staff Comments <br /> <br /> <br /> Highway 42 Corridor Study <br /> <br />Johnstone provided an update on the status of the study. <br /> <br />Wood provided public notice certification for the Summit View project. Published in Daily <br />Camera on December 24, 2000 and mailed to surrounding property owners on December 22, <br />2000. <br /> <br />Wood reviewed the PUC hearing dates. The Commissioners requested that Wood check with the <br />City Attorney’s Office as to whether they can speak as a citizen of Louisville even though they are <br />a Planning Commission Board member. <br /> <br />Wood tentatively has plans to have packets prepared for the February Planning Commission <br />Meeting to discuss long range priorities and timelines for the Commission. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />11. Planning Commission Comments <br /> <br />McAvinew requested a copy of Qwest suit be sent to the Commissioners. <br /> <br />Lipton requested a status report on the project on S. Boulder Road. Johnstone confirmed there <br />has been no certificate of occupancy issued and there is also an outside lighting issue that needs to <br />be resolved. <br /> <br />Lipton requested a timeline for the repair of the traffic light mast at McCaslin and Via Appia. <br />Staff did not have that information but will check into it. <br /> <br />Kalish requested information on the revision of the Comprehensive Plan. Is it still set to begin in <br />March, 2001? Wood will be meeting with the City Administrator in the next few weeks to discuss <br />those priorities. <br /> <br />Pritchard expressed concern of the traffic flow on Centennial Valley Parcel ‘H’. <br /> <br /> <br /> 13 <br /> <br />
