They are presenting the first phase of a two- <br />phase development with the intent to move forward to the second phase, which is Lot 3. We <br />agree with all the conditions as outlined in the printed staff report. <br /> <br />Lipton requested public comment. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br />Hearing no comment Lipton requested questions from Commissioners. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br />McAvinew had questions regarding the landscape and the removal of the trees. <br /> <br />Hartronft stated that the trees had been removed from the plan as previously requested. <br /> <br />Lipton asked why the variance for the 4 parking spaces when there was already adequate parking. <br /> <br />Hartronft stated the decision was based on how the road has changed from the beginning of the <br />project until today as well as they felt the development would benefit with the additional four <br />spaces in the particular location. <br /> <br />McDermott expressed a concern with the yellow (mustard) color. <br /> <br />Hartronft stated that the colors are complimentary to the rest of the color pallet. <br /> <br />Pritchard asked the applicant if they could provide an example of where the color had been used <br />in town. <br /> <br />Hartronft replied no. <br /> <br />Lipton questioned Wood about parking and if cross parking was an issue for this project. <br /> <br />Wood does not believe that it is an issue since they are both office buildings. <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
