Centennial Pavilions, 9.4 acres at the NW corner of McCaslin Blvd. and Century <br />Drive. Case #00-055-PP/PS. (Applicant requesting continuance to May 8, 2001.) <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant: Pedersen Development Co. <br /> <br /> <br />Owners: Vernon & Marylee Zurick <br /> <br />Staff Comments: Kenneth Johnstone reported that the Applicant has requested in writing a continuance to <br />th <br />May 8, 2001. They are responding to the Staff comments. The application can be continued to the May 8 <br />Planning Commission without additional public notice. However, if another request for continuance is <br />received then new public notice will be necessary. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Maurer Annexation, annexation and zoning request for 1.156 acres between St. Andrews Lane <br />and Dillon Road. Also requesting dedication of a private access easement from St. Andrews <br />Lane, across Outlot E (Public Open Space dedicated for Coal Creek Ranch Filing No. 4) to <br />subject property. Case #01-004-AX/ZN (Staff requesting continuance to May 8, 2001.) <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant: Tod & Calla Lovrien <br /> <br /> <br />Owners: James & Kaylyn Maurer <br /> <br /> <br />Representative: John R. Mehaffy, Attorney <br /> <br />th <br />Staff Comments: Johnstone reported that the Staff is requesting continuance to the May 8 Planning <br />Commission Meeting. When the Resolution of Substantial Compliance was brought to the City Council an <br />issue was identified regarding the access to the property requiring crossing of a public outlot, hence the <br />request for continuance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />St. Louis Catholic Parish rezoning of 54.6 acres of multiple ownership property from City of <br />Louisville Agriculture (A) to Planned Community Zoned District – Commercial (PCZD-C), at <br />th <br />the NE corner of 96 and Dillon. Case #01-003-ZN (Staff requesting continuance to May 8, <br />2001.) <br />Applicants: Adrian Games, Richard & Mary Johnson, and St. Louis Catholic Parish (Rev. Donald <br /> <br /> <br />Willette) <br /> <br />Owners: Archdiocese of Denver, Johnson and Games <br /> <br /> <br />th <br />Staff Comments: Johnstone reported the request for continuance to the May 8 Planning Commission <br />meeting is because the applicant is responding to the Staff comment letter. <br /> <br />McAvinew requested a motion for continuance of the three items. <br /> <br />Commissioner McDermott moved and Commissioner Leh seconded that the requested items of continuance <br />be approved.
