<br /> <br />Thompson requested that the wording be present in the resolution regarding the specific alley vacations. <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />McAvinew requested the applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Susan McEachern, 799 Aspen Way, Louisville, CO 80027 stated that the purpose of the application is to <br />clean up the unrecorded history of the four lots and to create 2 lots so they hold a clear title to the property. <br />The 1898 deed does record the ally way deeded to the City.
