<br /> <br />Thompson requested that the wording be present in the resolution regarding the specific alley vacations. <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />McAvinew requested the applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Susan McEachern, 799 Aspen Way, Louisville, CO 80027 stated that the purpose of the application is to <br />clean up the unrecorded history of the four lots and to create 2 lots so they hold a clear title to the property. <br />The 1898 deed does record the ally way deeded to the City. McEachern also stated she would answer any <br />questions the Commission members might have for her. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />Commission Questions of Applicant: <br /> <br />McDermott asked if she is willing to accept the deletion of the alley from the proposal. <br />McEachern replied that yes and she is planning to work with the other property owners and come back to <br />get the alley vacation. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Summary and Recommendation: <br /> <br />Wood reported the modification of the conditions for Resolution 13. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br /> <br />rd <br />Thompson requested clarification of the 3 conditions regarding the alley vacation. <br />Wood confirmed that the wording eliminates the alleyway referred to as #1 be eliminated from the proposal. <br /> <br />Thompson moved the approval of the Resolution 13 as stated by Wood.
