Case #02-001-UR. <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Jeffery Martell, Planner II <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant and Owner: Kelli Beeson, dba 5*6*7*8* DANCE! <br /> <br /> <br />Conflicts and Disclosures: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission members reported no conflicts or disclosures. <br /> <br />Public Notice Verification: <br /> <br />Jeffery Martell, Planner II, provided public notice certification in the Daily Camera on March 26, 2002 <br />and the mailing of the public notice to appropriate property owners. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Martell stated that the case before the commission is a request to review a special review use to allow <br />for a dance studio to be located in an existing Industrial/Office building located at 1721 Boxelder Street, <br />Lot 11, Block 4, Colorado Technological Center, First Filing. The existing zoning is Industrial with an <br />underlying PUD approved in September 1998.
