All <br />Planning Commission members have visted the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report and Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone gave a brief description of the details of this matter as stated in the staff report. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Erik Hartronft, Hartronft-Fauri Architects, representing the Boudreau-Love Partnership. Mr. <br />Hartronft stated that the Commission has seen this application once before and that they have <br />complied with all of the requirements during the referral period and there are three conditions of <br />approvl that he addressed.
