On page three, section 2, first line, after May 17, 1999, it reads “No new <br />application for approval.” Seconded by Russ Van Nostrand. Resolution No. 8, Series 1999, 841 Front Street, Final Pud Development Plan <br />for an expansion to an existing office building. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification/ Planning Commission Disclosure: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone, Principal Planner, certified that public notice was published in the Louisville <br />Times on Saturday, January 23, 1999, and posted in City Hall on Friday, January 22, 1999. All <br />Planning Commission members have visted the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report and Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone gave a brief description of the details of this matter as stated in the staff report. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Erik Hartronft, Hartronft-Fauri Architects, representing the Boudreau-Love Partnership. Mr. <br />Hartronft stated that the Commission has seen this application once before and that they have <br />complied with all of the requirements during the referral period and there are three conditions of <br />approvl that he addressed. Mr. Hartronft stated they are in agreement with the conditions with <br />the exception of No. 1 which he would like to get into the PUD. <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
