Commissioner Lipton made a motion to continue the first three items in Section No. 1 to the March 9, 1999, Commission meeting. Seconded by Chris Pritchard. Unanimous voice vote to approve. 5:0 D.Resolution No. 11, Series 1999, Coal Creek Medical Center, Lot 1, Amended Final PUD Development Plan for a new ground sign. Staff Public Notice Certification: Paul Wood, Planning Director, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera on January 23, 1999, mailed to surrounding property owners on January 22, 1999, and posted in City Hall. All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with the site. Staff Report and Facts and Issues: Paul Wood stated that this item was continued without discussion by the Commission on February 9, 1999 at the request of the applicant. Mr. Wood presented the details of this matter as stated in the staff report. Paul Wood stated that Staff is recommending approval with five conditions.
