Call to Order/Roll Call: <br /> <br />All members of the Planning Commission were present, except for Sarah Klahn, Robert McAllister <br />and Patricia Thompson. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Approval of Agenda: <br /> <br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to approve the agenda as presented. Seconded by Chris Pritchard. All <br />were in favor. <br /> <br />4. Public comments concerning items not on the agenda: <br /> <br />David and Alicia Burroughs thanked Paul Wood and the Planning Commission for helping to solve <br />parking issues in front of their home at 924 Grant Avenue due to overwhelming growth of St. Louis <br />Church. <br /> <br />Note: Patricia Thompson arrived. <br /> <br />5.
