Motion passed 5:0. <br /> <br /> <br />H.Resolution No. 38, Series 1999, a Resolution Amending Ordinance 501, Series <br />1976, to eliminate certain geologic hazard area designations as established on the <br />Subdivision Plat for Block 7, Colorado Tech Center, First Filing. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner, certified that public notice was published in the Louisville <br />Times, July 28, 1999, and posted in City Hall, July 23, 1999. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone stated the details of this matter as stated in the Staff report. Staff is <br />recommending approval of Resolution No. 38, 1999. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br /> <br />Chairman Boulet asked if this is holding up any applications. <br /> <br />Johnstone stated it was not at this time. <br /> <br />Applicant Summary: <br /> <br />John Lee, Colorado Tech Land. Mr. Lee stated that there is not any project pressing at this time. <br /> They are looking at where the mineshafts are and are they okay for landscaping and parking and <br />detention ponds. There is no hazard there because the outlot is not where the mineshafts are. <br />Mr. Lee will work with staff and the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br /> <br />Jeff Lipton asked if the applicant is looking to allow for landscaping and parking in this area.
