Lot 2, Centennial Valley, Parcel H, 1 Filing. <br /> <br />Staff requests that this item be removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />Paul Wood stated that a problem came up prior to the C.O. for Quality Inn, which <br />required them to come up with a revised grading plan between the north boundary of the <br />north parking lot parallel to Dillon Road. The City Administrator authorized Paul Wood <br />to approve a regrading plan as an administrative amendment to the PUD. <br /> <br />Chairman Boulet disclosed that his brother-in-law is involved as a contractor and <br />landscaper for Quality Inn. Therefore, he abstained from the vote. <br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to remove this item from the agenda. Seconded by Sarah <br />Klahn. All were in favor. Unanimous voice vote to remove from the agenda. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />B.Blockbuster Entertainment, 980 Dillon Road, Special Review Use for an <br />audio-video sales and rental facility, in part of the multi-tenant building <br />approved for lot 6B, Centennial Valley, Parcel H. <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant requests that this item be continued to October 12, 1999. <br /> <br />Paul Wood stated that the reason this application is not coming forward at this time is that <br />they are lacking the architectural detail, and sign detail, that are needed in order to bring <br />the applicant to Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to continue to the October 12, 1999, meeting. Seconded by <br />Sarah Klahn. All were in favor. <br /> <br />C. Resolution No. 42, Series 1999, Admor Property. Proposal to zone property <br />Agriculture (A). An 80-acre parcel located at the southwest corner of South <br />th <br />96 Street and Dillon Road. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Director of Planning, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera <br />on Saturday, August 28, 1999, posted in City Hall and mailed to surrounding property owners on <br />Friday, August 27, 1999.
