He thinks that in this case it is an adequate
request to have two curb cuts.

Motion made by Betty Solek to approve Resolution No. 59, Series 1999, with the six conditions as
written by Staff and three additional conditions as follows: No. 7, “Minimize riprap area in pond and
use more natural arrangement of riprap. Seconded by Chris Pritchard.

Roll Call Vote:
Jeff Lipton, Yes; Tom McAvinew; Yes; Chris Pritchard, Yes; Betty Solek, Yes; Bill
Boulet, Yes. Motion passes 5:0.

Chairman Boulet noted that the next three items are all related, and that it would make sense to have
the presentation made together, as well as the discussion, which will entail all three of them. With that
all three were considered together.

C.Resolution No. 43, Series 1999, Blockbuster Entertainment, 980 Dillon Road, Special
Review Use for an Audio/Video sales and rental facility, in part of the multi-tenant
building approved for Lot 6B, Centennial Valley, Parcel H.

D.Resolution No. 58, Series 1999, Ink!
