<br /> <br /> <br />4.Public Comments- Items Not On the Agenda <br /> <br />Lipton requested if any one in the audience had come to speak on a topic not on the agenda. <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Lipton re-opened the Public Hearing for Resolutions No. 19, 20, and 21 and reminded the <br />audience that the hearing would follow this process: 1) complete the Public Comment from those <br />that did not get to speak during the first meeting; 2) presentation by Finance Director, Charlene <br />Laus; 3) Commission questions to Charlene; 4) Public Comment; 5) Commission questions of <br />applicant; 6) Commission discussion on how to proceed and additional information they need; 7) <br />and if time allows additional public comment. <br /> <br /> <br />5.Regular Business – Public Hearing Items <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 19, Series 2003, StorageTek Site Redevelopment, <br />a request to amend <br />various policies for the Southwest Quadrant of the Land Use Section of the City of <br />Louisville 1998 South Subarea Comprehensive Plan, One StorageTek Dr., approximately <br />th <br />400 acres at the NW corner of US 36 and StorageTek Dr./96 St. Case #03-014-CP. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 20, Series 2003 (zoning) and Resolution No. 21, Series 2003 <br /> <br />(rezoning), StorageTek Site Redevelopment, <br />a request to rezone approximately 310 <br />acres from the current zoning designation of Industrial (I) and zone 80 additional acres <br />proposed for annexation to Planned Community Zone District (PCZD) to accommodate a <br />variety of mixed uses, including office, retail/commercial, research and development, <br />single and multi-family residential and open space, One StorageTek Dr., approximately <br />th <br />390 acres at the NW corner of US 36 and StorageTek Dr./96 St. Case #03-016-ZN and <br />#03-015-AX/ZN. <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant/Owner: StorageTek <br /> <br /> <br />Contact: Nell Schoeler <br /> <br /> <br />Representative: Norris Dullea, John Durham <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br /> <br />Lipton asked the Commissioners if they had any conflict of interest or disclosures in addition to <br />the disclosure that Kalish had made at the September 18 public hearing. <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Public Notice Verification: <br /> <br />Lipton requested that staff provide the public notification verification. <br />Wood replied that the meeting had been posted in City Hall and no further notification was <br />required since this was a continuation of the September 18 Planning Commission hearing. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br /> <br />Lipton reminded those that would be making comments to keep their comments to three minutes. <br />He asked each person to state his or her name and address for the record.
