<br /> <br />Anna Baretta explained that the drop-off area would only be used as drop-off and no pick-up <br />could be done from that area of the parking lot. She continued to explain that the Center had a <br />policy that all children must be pick-up inside the facility. <br /> <br />Staff and Applicant Summary and Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Lipton asked for staff and applicant summaries. <br /> <br />Applicant had no additional comments. <br /> <br />Staff requested approval. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br /> <br />Lipton closed the public hearing and requested Commission comments. <br /> <br />Commission had no comments. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Lipton moved the approval of Resolution No. 26, Series 2003, a resolution recommending <br />approval of a special review use to operate a children’s gymnastics and dance instructional facility <br />for Mountain Center at Flatirons at 474 S. Taylor Ave., CTC First Filing with three conditions as <br />outlined by staff. <br /> <br />Kalish seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Jeff Lipton, Yes; Tom McAvinew, Yes; Debra Kalish, Yes; Susan Loo, Yes; Bill McDermott, <br />Yes; Chris Pritchard, Yes; and Scott Robson, Yes. <br /> <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The following public hearing agenda items are continued from six previous Planning <br />Commission Public Hearings (Thursday, September 18, 2003; Tuesday, September 23, 2003; <br />Tuesday, October 14, 2003; Thursday, October 23, 2003; Tuesday, October 28, 2003; <br />Thursday, November 13, 2003 and Thursday, November 20, 2003). <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 20, Series 2003 (zoning) and Resolution No. 21, Series 2003 <br /> <br />(rezoning), StorageTek Site Redevelopment, <br />a request to rezone approximately 310 <br />acres from the current zoning designation of Industrial (I) and zone 80 additional acres <br />proposed for annexation to Planned Community Zone District (PCZD) to <br />accommodate a variety of mixed uses, including office, retail/commercial, research and <br />development, single and multi-family residential and open space, One StorageTek Dr., <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />
