Regular Business – Public Hearing Items <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 1, Series 2004, Establishment of location for the posting <br /> of public <br />notice for 2004 meetings of the City of Louisville Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Lipton requested that Staff briefly discuss the requirement of establishing the locations for the <br />posting of the public notice for the 2004 meetings. <br />Wood reviewed the memo that had been provided the Planning Commission meeting packet. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br />Lipton called for Commission questions. <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Lipton called for a motion. <br />Kalish moved that the Planning Commission agendas be posted in the following locations: the <br />lobby of City Hall, the Louisville Public Library bulletin board, the Louisville Recreation Center <br />as well as the City of Louisville web site. Seconded by Pritchard. <br />Lipton called for a voice vote. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2, Series 2004, Summit View Professional Park <br />, a request for a <br />three-year extension of the Summit View Professional Park final PUD development <br />plan in accordance with Section 17.28.200 of the Louisville Municipal Code. Case <br />#04-004-FP. <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Jeffery Martell, Planner II <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant and Owner: Venture Development, LLC <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Representative: John Gstalder <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />Lipton asked for Commissioners conflict of interest or disclosure. <br />Commissioner Loo disclosed that Gstalder is her private attorney and stated that she is willing to <br />dismiss herself from the case hearing if necessary. <br />A brief discussion between the Commissioners concluded that it was not necessary for her to <br />leave the hearing. <br /> <br />Public Notice Verification: <br />Lipton requested public notice verification by Staff. <br />Jeffery Martell, Planner II, stated that the public notice was published in the Daily Camera on <br />January 25, 2004 and posted in City Hall and mailed to the surrounding property owners on <br />January 23, 2004. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Lipton requested the staff summary of facts and issue. <br />Martell reviewed the Summit View Professional Park PUD plan and the review process that it <br />had in February 2001. Any approved PUD plan must start construction on or before 36 months <br />have passed from final PUD approval by the City Council. The applicant is seeking a three-year <br />extension of the right to build on Lot 2 in the Summit View development, an extension that <br />would take the project to February 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />
