 Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director  Applicant and Owner: Public Works Department, City of Louisville  Representative: Craig Kitzman, Assistant City Engineer Lipton requested if staff could combine the staff report for Resolution No. 7 and Resolution No. 8 as one report. Wood stated that it is possible to do that. Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: Lipton asked for Commissioners conflict of interest or disclosure. None hear. Public Notice Verification: Lipton asked for public notice verification. Wood stated it was published in the Daily Camera on January 25, 2004 and posted in City Hall on January 23, 2004. Staff Report of Facts and Issues: Lipton requested the staff summary of facts and issue. Wood continued by stating that the Annexation of the 2 parcels for ROW purposes was done for th the 96 and HWY 42 connection. To expedite the process the annexation was completed by City Council with the requirement that the 2 parcels be zoned Agricultural (A) within 60 days of annexation.
