Included in this proposal is a 600 SF exterior enclosure for large <br />equipment storage adjacent to the rental center; a 400 SF exterior wash down area <br />for rental equipment, and areas proposed for special events and flower sales in the <br />parking lot. He requested that they note the date of March 29 and plan to attend. <br /> <br />Lipton then reviewed the list of cases and the other agenda items for the March 9 meeting as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1.Home Depot <br /> <br />2.Centennial Lofts Pavilion <br /> <br />3.Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> <br />4.Training with the City’s legal counsel <br /> <br />9.Adjournment <br /> <br />Lipton called for a motion to adjourn.
