APPROVED – JANUARY 13, 2005 <br /> <br />Lipton summarized the request and asked if one of the main concerns was the lot width to lot <br />depth ratio. <br />Wood confirmed that his summary was accurate and the lot width to lot depth ratio concern. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />David Waldman, 255 Continental View Dr. reviewed the purpose of the request with the <br />following points: <br />Subdivision replat as it relates to the approved annexation agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />The final PUD. <br /> <br /> <br />The ROW vacation. <br /> <br /> <br />The conservation easement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Commission Questions of Applicant: <br />Deborski asked for a clarification for the location of the Davidson Ditch. <br />Waldman confirmed that it is not located on either of the two lots but in what is known as the <br />Pony Pasture. <br /> <br />Deborski asked if Replat Lot 1 and Replat Lot 2 would have a shared driveway. <br />Waldman stated they would not. <br /> <br />Pritchard had no questions. <br /> <br />Loo asked for clarification of the Conservation Easement, the current use of that property, and <br />the reason for the easement. <br />Waldman stated that the area is currently used for the grazing of ponies and the reason for the <br />easement is to keep the rural feel of the area. <br /> <br />Loo asked for a clarification of the ROW vacation. <br />Waldman used a map to explain the vacation. <br /> <br />Kalish asked for copies of the Annexation Petition. <br />Wood explained that the petition is not usually included in the packet. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: None. <br /> <br />Staff and Applicant Summary and Recommendation: No additional comments. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br />Lipton supports the request. <br /> <br />Kalish stated that she does not like the process that has been used for the requests.
