The meeting was continued to <br />date specific, therefore a new notice was not required. Notice was reposted at the four required <br />sites. <br /> <br />Conflicts of Interest and Disclosure: None heard <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Wood provided a brief summary of the December 14, 2004 public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Final PUD public hearing was opened on December 14, 2004 and received testimony <br />from Planning Staff, the Deputy City Manager, Humphries Poli Architects, Adolfson <br />Peterson Construction, and Anne Mojo the Library Director. <br /> <br /> <br />The Commission, by a 7:0 vote, approved a motion to continue the public hearing to <br />their January 13, 2005 meeting. The Commission directed that the following items be <br />addressed: <br /> <br />1.Photo simulations of all building elevations. <br /> <br />2.Further evaluation of the exterior building wall which houses the elevator <br />shaft. <br /> <br />3.Provide greater detail on the building elevations, including dimensions and <br />materials. <br /> <br />4.Lighting plan. <br /> <br />5.Signage plan. <br /> <br />6.Assurance that stairwells are properly drained. <br /> <br />7.A written response regarding a plan for temporary parking and traffic <br />circulation. <br /> <br />8.Greater detail shown relative to the drive ramp intersection with the alley. <br /> <br />9.An analysis of how the project meets the downtown design guidelines. <br /> <br /> <br />The applicant requested a continuance at the January 13, 2005 to January 27, 2005 to <br />allow additional time for the requested material to be gathered for presentation.
