APPROVED – MARCH 10, 2005 <br />Commissioners had no questions regarding the February 10 meeting agenda items. <br /> <br /> <br />8.Staff Comments <br /> <br /> <br />Citywide Comprehensive Plan 2005 Update – Summary of the January 25, 2005 <br />special meeting with City Council and Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Staff reported that comments on the Comp Plan are due to staff sometime February 2 or 3 and <br />then a revised Draft Comp Plan should be available on or before February 10. The public hearing <br />is set for February 24. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion of the passage of the Open Meetings Ballot Measure and its impact on <br />Planning Commission procedures. <br /> <br />Staff requested that the Commissioners bring their PC Reference Binders to the Planning office <br />so they can be updated. <br /> <br /> <br />9.Planning Commission Comments <br /> <br /> <br />Lipton thanked Kalish for her 5-years of service on the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Lipton welcomed the two new Commissioners, Monica Sheets and Henry Dalton. <br /> <br />Pritchard asked staff to check with Public Works about the drainage problems that Centennial <br />Pavilion has on their lot. Wood stated that the problem had already been identified and the <br />required grading work for the new Lofts should solve that problem. <br /> <br /> <br />10.Adjournment <br /> Kalish moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to adjourn. Meeting <br />adjourned at 9:30 PM. <br />8 <br /> <br />
