CORRECTED AND APPROVED – APRIL 14, 2005 <br /> <br />Pritchard also addressed a concern with the added lights at Papa Murphy’s in the Centennial <br />Pavilion Subdivision. <br /> <br />McAvinew requested the following: <br /> <br />1)A copy of the slides used by John Leary at the last Comp Plan hearing and any <br />supporting documents that he might have. He would like to have them before the next <br />Comp Plan hearing. <br /> <br />2)The pie charts, figures and calculations used in the Comp Plan do not match and should <br />be corrected. <br /> <br />3)The acreage for the Golf Course should not be included in the Open Space and Parks. <br />The golf course figure should be called out separately. <br /> <br />Pritchard inquired when the next HWY 42 meeting would be held. Johnstone stated that the <br />HWY 42 Working Group has a meeting set for April 4 and the main topic will the discussion of <br />the mixed use zoning. <br /> <br />Deborski requested that the increase in the number of residential units in the preferred Comp <br />Plan be clarified. <br /> <br /> <br />10. Staff Comments <br /> <br />Johnstone reviewed the memo prepared by Paul Wood regarding the Fordyce Auto PUD. He <br />reminded the Commissioners that this was a request of Chairman Lipton at last months meeting. <br />The memo identifies some areas of non-compliance. Johnstone stated that he had contacted <br />Lipton regarding the direction of the discussion for this evening since he was the one that made <br />the original request. Lipton had requested that any details of the discussion be held until he could <br />be present. <br /> <br />Pritchard requested that staff confirm the date that the preliminary PUD was approved so the <br />Commissioners will know when that PUD expires. <br /> <br />Sheets requested clarification of what consequences accompany non-compliance. Johnstone <br />briefly discussed the consequences of non-compliance with a PUD as well as who has the ability <br />to call up a PUD for non-compliance. <br /> <br /> <br />11.Adjournment <br /> Pritchard moved and Deborski seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:05 PM. by acclamation of McAvinew. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />
