<br />DRAFT <br />Wood requested direction from the Commission regarding the suggested edits from the City <br />Attorney. <br />Lipton asked for Commission comments or objections to the edits. None heard. He directed Staff <br />to incorporate those edit in the next printed version. He also requested the numbering of the <br />pages. <br />Commission took a short break at 7:45 PM. <br />Lipton called the meeting back to order and requested the staff presentation for Chapter 2 – <br />Existing Conditions. <br />Simmons discussed and summarized Chapter 3 with a set of overhead transparencies that <br />covered the following topics: land use, population, transportation, economic development (sales <br />tax), housing, community character and design, community services and utilities. <br />Kathy McCormick, McCormick and Associates, lead a discussion of housing based on pages 2- <br />21 thru 2-27.
