Posted in City Hall, the Louisville Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building and mailed to the surrounding property owners on July 22, 2005. The agenda for the meeting was posted on the City’s web site, and at City Hall, the Louisville Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building on August 5, 2005. Staff Report of Facts and Issues: Wood summarized with the following points: A request to extend the expiration date of a final PUD development for 841 Front  Street from December 31, 2005 to December 31, 2008. Current zoning is Community Commercial (CC).  Modifications to the final PUD are not being requested.  City Council approved Ordinance 1377, Series 2002 in July 2002 that extended  the PUD to December 31, 2005. Revised Resolution No. 17 was distributed because the expiration and extension  dates were incorrect on the copy provided in the meeting packet. Staff recommends approval of a 36-month extension for the final PUD development plan on the basis that the PUD retains a high level of compliance with the Downtown Design Handbook and would support the economic vitality of Downtown Louisville. Commission Questions of Staff: Deborski requested clarification of the difference between the two copies of Resolution No. 17 as well as the parking cash-in-lieu fee and how or when it is calculated. Wood stated that the expiration and extension dates should read December 31, 2005 and December 31, 2008 respectively. He also explained that the cash-in-lieu parking fee is calculated at time of construction for a project. Deborski asked what fee had been paid by the applicant. Wood explained that the fee had been waived at the direction of the City Manager’s Office. Applicant Presentation: Nancy Love, 841 Front St. stated that she had no additional comments or information.
