Case #05-016-FS (Previously <br />continued August 11, 2005 and September 8, 2005.) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant, Owner and Representative: Edward Connolly <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner <br />Deborski asked for additional information on the Connolly Subdivision. <br />Johnstone stated that the applicant was working on final subdivision plat and needed the <br />extra time to complete those plat modifications. <br />Staff Comments <br />Johnstone summarized the following: <br /> <br /> <br />City Council approved the 2005 Comprehensive Plan on August 16, 2005. The <br />final draft of the Plan with tables and figures should be available for final <br />proofreading next week. It is planned to have the completed document available <br />by the end of September. It is also planned that the Commissioners will receive a <br />copy of the Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff is finalizing the resolution for the Residential Phasing component of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />A HWY 42 open house / workshop, with a discussion of the environment report, <br />was held on August 31 with approximately 40-50 attendees. <br /> <br /> <br />A HWY 42 open house / workshop is planned for September 12 at the Recreation <br />Center for the purpose of discussing the Mixed Use Zoning. The open will be held <br />from 5 – 7 PM with a presentation by staff and the consultants at 5:30 PM. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
