Posted in City Hall, the Louisville <br />Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building and <br />mailed to the surrounding property owners on July 22, 2005. The hearing was originally <br />scheduled for August 11, 2005 but was continued to September 8, 2005 meeting. It was <br />then continued to the October 13, 2005 meeting. The agenda was posted on the City’s <br />web site and at City Hall, the Louisville Public Library, the Recreation Center and the <br />Courts and Police Department Building on October 7, 2005. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: None <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Johnstone provided the following summary information: <br />A minor subdivision replat for a two-lot single-family residential subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />Property includes 4 lots, Lots 24-27, Bock 2, Acme Place <br /> <br /> <br />A variance application was granted on June 15, 2005 for a lot width and lot area <br /> <br /> <br />reduction. <br />All necessary public street improvements are in place. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval with three conditions: <br /> <br />1.The applicant shall provide a title insurance commitment to the City prior to <br />recordation of the final subdivision plat, demonstrating that there are no <br />additional encumbrances to the property that conflict with the subdivision as <br />proposed. <br /> <br />2.Note #1 on the subdivision plat shall be removed or replaced with a note <br />referencing the title insurance policy that will be provided to the City as noted <br />above. <br /> <br />3.Note #2 on the subdivision plat and the improvement survey plat shall be revised <br />to insert “years” after the word “three”. <br /> <br />
