Applicant proposes to <br />consolidate Lots 6, 7, and 12 into two lots. Proposed Lot 1 has CTC Blvd on the west <br />and Dillon Road on the south. Lot 2 has 104th Street on the east and Dillon Road on <br />south. <br />• Applicant proposes City Services and Maintenance Facility on Lot 2. Applicant does not <br />want to rezone the property. <br />• Proposed facility consists of three buildings: an administrative services and maintenance <br />facility or shops, 250 feet set back from Dillon and 104th Avenue, a heated storage <br />building on the southwest corner of site, and salt storage facility on the northwest corner <br />of site. <br />
