City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />March 10, 2014 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br /> The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Muckle. <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Collaborations and Partnerships <br />Boulder County Commissioners reviewed numerous successful partnerships with <br />the City of Louisville including: <br /> <br /> Zero Waste Grant <br /> Boulder County Housing Authority Renovations <br /> Alkonis Property Acquisition <br /> Expansion of Medicaid and Health Coverage Assistance <br /> Road Work <br /> Public Health Partnership <br /> First/Final Mile Bike Facility Planning Support <br /> EcoPass <br /> US36 <br /> Bus Stop Enhancements <br /> Harney Lastoka <br /> Harney Lastoka Water Delivery <br /> Rock Creek Trail Spurs <br /> <br />Flood Recovery <br />City Manager Malcolm Fleming shared an overview of flood damage in Louisville. <br />The expected costs after anticipated FEMA reimbursements will be around <br />$4million. <br /> <br />Deputy City Manager Heather Balser thanked the County for their assistance <br />with flood related issues. <br /> <br />Boulder County Transportation Director George Gerstle reported the County lost <br />roughly 40 miles of mountain roads during the flooding and gave a County-wide <br />update of flood damage. <br /> <br />IGA Update <br />County staff discussed the amendment to the Mayhoffer IGA saying they expect <br />to send a revised agreement soon. They gave an overview of the IGA. <br /> <br />Boulder County Transportation Tax <br />County staff reported that flood related issues have slowed work down on the <br />transportation tax. <br /> <br />US 36/FasTracks Update <br />City and County staff reviewed the current progress on US 36 and the Diverging <br />Diamond Interchange. Discussion ensued. The County and City both look <br />
