Cityo <br />f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO - SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, September 2, 2014 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order - Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: <br />Staff Present: <br />Mayor Robert Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton. <br />Council members: Jayme Moss, Jay Keany, Jeff Lipton, <br />Ashley Stolzmann and Susan Loo (arrived at 7:32 p.m.) <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, Acting Deputy City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Aaron DeJong, Economic Development Director <br />Troy Russ, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Diana Trettin, C/P Manager <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br />the agenda, seconded by Council member Lipton. All were in favor. Absent: Council <br />member Loo. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Don Parcher, 378 Grouse Court, Louisville, CO, addressed the Labor Day Parade and <br />expressed his concern for the public's safety.
