LCity,/ Department of Planning and Building Safety
Louisville 749 Main Street # Louisville CO 80027 # 303.335.4592 • www.louisvilleco.gov
COLORADO • SINCE 1878
MEMORANDUM
To: Historic Preservation Commission Members
From: Department of Planning and Building Safety
Subject: 10101 Dillon Road Pre - Filing Conference
Date: September 08, 2014
The owners of 10101 Dillon Road (known as the Hoyle Property) have requested
a pre - filing conference to discuss the demolition of the primary structure and
outbuildings on the property. According to the County Assessor, the structure
was built in 1913. The property is not located in the Old Town Overlay, so it is
not eligible for local grants. The lot is 1,440,689 square feet and the property
owners' intent is to develop industrial flex space. The owners are interested in
the HPC's advice on the demolition process. The social history has not been
completed at this time, and Staff has no further information on the structure or its
history.
Current Photo
