If <br />comments are received prior to the hearing, that information will be presented at the <br />hearing. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff finds the proposal complies with the applicable items in Section 17.56.240.B 1 <br />through 11 and Section 17.48.110.B 1 through 6, and therefore recommends approval <br />of the Floodplain Development Permit including a variance to flood district regulations to <br />construct an addition to an existing 100 year old standalone commercial structure, <br />known as the Louisville Grain Elevator, at 540 County Road. Staff also recommends <br />approval of a floodplain development permit for the construction of a new commercial <br />building at 544 County Road, to be flood proofed in compliance with the requirements of <br />LMC Chapter 17.56. <br />BOARD ACTION: <br />8 <br />
