This process seems to be working <br />well and does not need to change. <br />POTENTIAL DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING <br />The next Committee meeting was scheduled for September 18th with the <br />following items to be included: <br />• Legal liability: Discuss possible changes based on Ft Collins ordinance <br />• Zoning and Small Area Plans: Review existing zoning for the South <br />Boulder Road and McCaslin Small Area Plans <br />• Review 2015 Legal Fees from City Attorney's Office <br />ADJOURN <br />The meeting adjourned at 5:35 PM. <br />
